Refunds are only considered for unopened, undamaged products in their original packaging.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds are issued at our discretion if all conditions below are met:

Proof of purchase provided
No pattern of excessive refund requests exists
We reserve the right to deny refunds if potential abuse is detected, including but not limited to:
More than 2 refund requests per customer in 12 months
Partial product usage before requesting refund
Fraudulent chargeback claims
Purchases made through unauthorized third parties

Products damaged by customer
